KAAGNY 뉴욕한인회 66주년 갈라 참석 | Attended KAAGNY's 66th Annual Gala

지난 2월 17일 (일), KAAGNY 뉴욕한인회가 주최한 66주년 커뮤니티 갈라가 아스토리아 연회장에서 열렸습니다. KMAC 한민족비전센터는 초청을 받고 기쁜 마음으로 참여하였습니다.

경이로운 문화공연, 마음을 울리는 애국가와 수상자들의 감동스러운 연설, 한인커뮤니티 후원금 동의서를 들고 방문해주신 시의원님들, 이 모든것이 어울러져 뉴욕한인회의 중추적역할을 뽐내주었습니다.

KMAC는 특히 평생공로상 등을 수상받은 한인 리더들의 공적과 배경에 큰 영감을 받았습니다. 앞으로 주류한인협회와의 협력을 통해 더 한층 성장해나가는 KMAC가 되겠습니다.

On Sunday, February 17, the 66th Anniversary Community Gala hosted by Korean American Association of Greater New York (KAAGNY) was held at Astoria Manor. KMAC Korean Minjok Aspiration Center was honored to attend by invitation and participated with great joy.

The evening featured remarkable cultural performances, a moving rendition of the Korean national anthem, and heartfelt speeches from the award recipients. City Council members who visited with signed pledges of support for the Korean community added further significance to the occasion. Altogether, the event beautifully demonstrated the pivotal role of KAAGNY in the New York Korean community.

KMAC was especially inspired by the achievements and personal journeys of the Korean American leaders who received honors, including Lifetime Achievement Awards. Moving forward, KMAC is committed to continued growth through collaboration with mainstream Korean American organizations and to strengthening our service to the community.
